Bayonics is a 10-piece powerhouse that combines elements of roots music such as salsa and reggae with hip hop, funk and r&b to create a soundscape that reflects the face of urban music and culture in the Bay Area and abroad. Bayonics have performed for packed houses from San Francisco to Miami, including The House of Blues, Yoshi's, Independent, Ruby Skye, Elbo Room, Cafe Du Nord and the Shattuck Down Low, Humboldt County's annual Mateel Summer Arts & Music Festival, L.A.'s Temple Bar, On the Rox, and Boardners of Hollywood, and popular Miami venues such as Jazid, Tobacco Road, and Transit Lounge. Bayonics have shared the stage with international touring acts ranging from Ozomatli and Katchafire to Wu-Tang Clan and Mos Def, and recently backed Philadelphia singer Jaguar Wright at Yoshi's in San Francisco.
