À Uchronopolis, cité étatique gigantesque, Ysokras Salocin dirige d'une main de fer, avec son parti unique Nova Corp, les 13 districts supérieurs et inférieurs de la métropole de tube et d'acier. Pour ceux des districts supérieurs, où sont réunis les familles dirigeantes vivant dans l'oisiveté et le luxe, il est le Grand Visionnaire sauveur de la cité qui faillit à jamais être ensevelie dans le désert lors du chaos démocratique.

In the gigantic State City of Uchronopolis, Ysokras Salocin and the Nova Corp rule the 13 districts of pipes and steam with a fist full of steel. For those who live in the upper part of the city, where the leaders and their families live indulged in comfort, he is the Great Visionary who saved the city from being buried in the desert during the Democratic Chaos.


Pour les districts inférieurs, où les familles de travailleurs font fonctionner la ville jour et nuit, il est le gouverneur à vie de leur enfer : les familles, oppressées par le régime totalitaire, survivent, entassées les unes sur les autres à la recherche de nourriture au milieu des maladies et des déchets déversés quotidiennement par les districts supérieurs.

Les Black Flash, des activistes anti-gouvernementaux menés par un mystérieux Nero , sont les seules voix qui osent s'élever contre la dictature, ne respectant ni les couvres feux, ni l'interdiction sur les divertissements.

For those who live in the underground districts, where all the nobodies and rejected work to provide energy for the city day and night, he is the governor of their endless hell: these families are treated like cockroaches by the totalitarian regime while they struggle to survive among the diseases and trashes dumped daily by the surface districts.

An anti governmental group of activists called the Black Flash and its mysterious leader Nero are the only ones to rise against the dictatorship, ignoring the curfews and restrictions imposed on entertainment and freedom of speech.


Il y a quelques décennies, sentant venir cette période trouble, Jack Dantes, un brillant philosophe scientifique, proposa une solution à la lutte des classes basée sur ses travaux en cybernétique. Sa tête mise à prix, il s'exila en périphérie d'Uchronopolis dans le désert où il construisit son laboratoire souterrain.

Là, au milieu du néant, il passa ses dernières années à développer ses théories pour enfin concrétiser son rêve : un cyborg à l'apparence humaine venait de naître sous les traits d'une jeune femme. Il la prénomma Key et la traita comme sa propre fille. Il construisit pour elle un gigantesque dôme souterrain recréant un biotope entièrement naturel, dépourvu de technologie. Nouvel Éden ou magnifique prison ?

Feeling the wind turning a few decades ago, a brilliant philosopher and achieved scientist submitted a solution to the social struggles based on his research in the cybernetic field. He then was considered a dangerous man and vanished in the desert where he built a massive bunker lab.

It was here, in the middle of nothing that he spent his last years developing his theories to achieve his dream: a new born cyborg saw the neon light under the shape of a young woman he named Key, his own daughter. He built a huge underground dome in which he recreated a totally natural biotope devoid of any technology for her to evolve and remain secret.



L'idylle est de courte durée, Jack, enfermé dans sa folie et sa rancune, meurt prématurément. Key découvre le passage reliant son dôme au laboratoire se qui déclenche en elle d'étranges capacités issues des réminiscences d'un passé lointain. Elle finit par trouver la sortie du laboratoire et à entrevoir les lueurs d'Uchronopolis à l'horizon vers lesquelles elle se dirige.

Pendant ce temps, dans la cité, la colère monte. Les Black Flash s'organisent, l'oppression est à son paroxysme. Alors que tous s'apprêtent à combattre pour contrôler la ville, Key semble avant tout combattre pour son humanité.

But this new Eden turned to a golden cage when Jack suddenly died, locked up in his rancor and madness. Key finally finds the way from the dome to the lab which triggers all the knowledge and abilities she acquired when she was in her conception tank. She then escapes the lab and leave towards the city lights of Uchronopolis glowing at the horizon.

In the mean time, the anger is rising up in the city. The Black Flash are getting organized. The oppression is at its climax. On the edge of a war for the city control, Key is at war to find her identity.
