ALTARS OF DESTRUCTION was one of the bands who got the Finnish (Thrash) Metal movement started in the late 1980s. They shared the stage for example with STONE and AIRDASH.
For various reasons, the band history was an unfinished story that stopped before an official release.
From 2006 on forward, the band-members began to reassemble the pieces and 2010 saw the release of the debut album "Gallery Of Pain".
The interview published here is the first interview to cover the band history extensively even into future plans, and it is also the first interview in English.
