NOMAD 67 are a three piece Rock / Punk / Alternative Rock band from Worcestershire England , www.nomad67.comSong review of "it's a Start" from Leslie J. BialikThis is an absolutely excellent song! I honestly can't think of anything I'd change in it. The pace of the song is very energizing and is a beautiful punky/rocky song that kept me interested to the end, and made me want to hear it again. The tension mounted at various times throughout the song, and the musical relief came at just the right time and in just the right way, without losing the driving feel. I really liked the guitars talking back and forth in the beginning of the song. The arrangement of the whole song was sparse, yet rich and satisfying. The vocals were also very good. The singer has a signature sound and style, and is a very good identifying factor for the band. His delivery was dynamic, and it was easy to understand what he was saying. The musicianship of the entire band was quite good, and their playing had a certain confidence about it. The mix was even and well-balanced, and the mastering was very complementary to the song and the band. I'm ver y impressed by this song! Do you ever tour the US? I'd love to come see you play here in California. You guys really know how to craft a rousing song and deliver it in a very energetic and confident way. You also have a sound of your own that people can identify as yours and no other band's. Keep up the great work! Feel free to comment on this review using the Community Feedback feature of this website. We'd love to hear from you. Thanks for letting me listen to your music, too.
