    FORTUNATE FREAKS UNITE!....

    Hello Beautiful People,....

    As you may have heard, we are working on a brand new Rusted Root album right now. We've started off by playing a bunch of new songs at our live shows, and have gotten some great feedback. Many of you are ecstatic about the new material and so are we. Soon we will start laying down those songs and more in the studio and we're shooting for a March 2012 release for the new album. ....

    You have always been extremely supportive and gracious in all of our endeavors, and we THANK YOU for all the love and loyalty that helps us continue to do all that Rusted Root does! The music industry has changed so much over the last many years and we've been able to weather the storms only because of YOU! ....

    We have been on our own independent record label now for quite a few years, and we've been funding all of our albums by ourselves, which is truly a challenge. This time, we are asking you to be a part of the Rusted Root team, and help us put out this new album. We've just launched our new album campaign: "FORTUNATE FREAKS UNITE: WE ARE RUSTED ROOT" and we're offering a bunch of sponsorship levels with great perks including some very cool once in a lifetime opportunities with Rusted Root. Each package ranges in price and items so you can choose what you are most interested in!   • Show Cancellation in Sugarloaf (ME) 2/6/10



    Bad News All - we hate to be the bearer of bad news:

    We regret to inform you that tonight’s performance of Rusted Root at Sugarloaf in Carrabassett Valley, ME, has been cancelled.  Rusted Root is a Pittsburgh-based band, and due to the massive winter weather event taking place in the mid-Atlantic, airports from Ohio to North Carolina have rapidly restricted air travel.  As a result, the band is unable to reach Sugarloaf in time for tonight’s concert.

    Rusted Root and the Sugarloaf Team sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause our guests or our employees.  All presold tickets will be refunded through the route in which they were purchased.

    Online Purchases – Tickets purchased through venueevents.net will automatically be refunded.  Purchasers can expect to see a credit to their method of payment within the next 7 days.

    Phone Purchases (with lodging) – If tickets were purchased in a lodging package that included Rusted Root tickets, the cost of the tickets will be reimbursed to your method of payment within the next 7 days.

    Phone Purchases (concert tickets only) –Guests who made phone orders with tickets waiting at will-call will have their ticket purchases refunded automatically within the next 3 days. If guests are unable to visit the desk in-person, please call 207-237-6931.

    In-Person Purchases – Patrons who purchased tickets and have taken possession of them, they should visit the Guest Services desk in the base lodge for a refund.  If they are unable to visit the desk in-person, please call 207-237-6931.

    Again, Rusted Root and the Sugarloaf team apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

        That really sucked.  I saw you guys play at H.O.R.D.E. fest. in like 96?  I was so looking forward to seeing you again.  Not much to look forward to in the winter up here.  Hope you reschedule sometime soon.  Please?
