For real for real I put so much presure on myself all I want iz for my family and friends to be proud of me wen I was 7 years old I went to a school named brentwood in carol city miami fl we lived in these matchbox projects at 183 st nw 37 ave wen we moved in it was august 8 1988 I remember cus the date was all 8z we had been bouncin from hotel to hotel then red cross helped us get in ther for as long as I could remember I always wanted to be a writer I started writin short storys and drawin scenes for them it was funny cuz all the characters faces all look like bart simpson my mother would play salsa n merengue music all day dats all you heard comin out of apartment 270 in da projects I didn't even kno wut projects were I was just happy we were all together my mother my brother and me my mom was a proformer I remember her putin on a show for us wen we we young she would put on a trench coat a pimp hat tin foil on her teeth like a gold tooth and play out this salsa song call pedro navaja she would play ever character all at the same time she was a writer always writin poems and short stories we were always broke on my bdayz so she would always write me a poem for my bday I remember the first time I got on stage I was 8 years old and my art teacher said there was somtin special about me she was workin on a new project for the D.A.R.E. Campain and thought I was perfect for the part I was 8 in front of my whole school rappin bout Drugs are bad drugs are sad hear a shout throw them out..lol I had a purple shirt on some white kedz from payless on that my cuzin jit had just taught me how to lace I loved da feelin of bein infront of all those people from then on I loved music and writtin I would beat on the tables at lunch time write storyz and raps for assaiments in school that was 20 years ago I wish my mother would have lived long enough to see how far her boyz have got she always said she wanted to write soap operas in spanish aka novelas but for a non english speakin woman livin in projects in america it seem like dat would never happen I didn't really get deep into the music till I was around 13 by that time it was to late as a new life wus been born for me in the music her life was bein taken away she died may 25 1996 I was 14 I cried myself to sleep so many nightes all I did was write new vesus just kep writin and writin and writin I wish I would of had the chance of doin a calabo with her mabe wen I die I will..... *

Before u go to sleep tonit I want u to feel your face open ur eyes and close your eyes and feel lite enter ur eyes at such a rate that u canot mesure on any clock take a few deep breathes and feel the wind move thru ur body each breath more furfillin than the last wit every breath u let out all negative energy built up inside in this state of relaxation realize dat u are alone just a conection wit u and nature every slow and deep breath u exhale iz purerifien u fill your head with positive thoughts wen u inhale and push out a negative thout wen u exhale now close your eyes for the last time and fall deep in a relaxed state and become aware of every sound and every bit of light you could still see now listen to the rythem of your heart beat now while u are in this state of meditation fill your head with thouts dat make u smile find a time in your mind wen u were most happy now think of your future and invent a path that u will apply to your daily life like steppin stones to get to the future that u see in your mind now u are creatin an alternate future and you can see the ladder you must climb to get ther each lil goal u accomplish gettin you that much closer to your overall goal your are now ready to take your future in your hands and make it up as you go along think positive and all will come out positive
