About me:
I grew up in a small town in Northwestern PA. I went to Houghton College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Psychology. I did my student teaching in South Korea where I had the opportunity to meet my mother's side of the family. After graduation in 2001, I moved to Maryland and got a job as a middle school Reading teacher. In 2002, I met my future husband. On April 1, 2005, he proposed to me while vacationing on a Carnival Cruise! (It was beautiful)! We were married on July 15, 2006 in a beautiful ceremony at the Memorial Chapel at the University of Maryland. In 2005, I also transferred to a new school and became a third grade teacher. (This past year they made me a fourth grade teacher). In May 2006, I graduated from Loyola College with a Masters Degree as a Reading Specialist. All that aside... my greatest achievement happened on October 31, 2007, when my beautiful daughter, Madelyn Grace, was born. Life is very good, and we are very lucky. .. ......................
