    I suppose he is saying it is on the same level as dust? As empty or as light as that?
    I suppose we do fabricate our own fear. I believe our circumstances are real, but fear isn't very helpful. Is it?

    Interesting that I stared at the quote so long today. I tried to think of when fear is healthy and I kept replacing it with another emotion instead that would work better. lol
