    The Dead Strings, a musical group from a remote pocket of Northern California, craft an eclectic mix of folk, alternative country, and american roots music. The band is comprised of singer/songwriter Thomas McNeil, his brother David McNeil (guitar), and their close friend Aida Kastel (vocals).
