I've had a studio project, The Glass Projeckt, for about 7 years and have been collaborating with various artists.
The music during this time period has gone through a lot of changes and much experimentation in different genres without out adhering to any one particular. I've spent a lot of time programming and creating sound textures with acoustic and electric guitar. I'm inspired as a keyboardist with film music and science fiction building mood and tension. My studio project has allowed for me to find a balance between my acoustic and electronic music. Underwater Canyons is the next step into this developmental process and I've recently purchased three electric guitars for alternate tuning and a Behringer Vampire amp combo to add another dimension to my songwriting. I've written many ideas, some of which are collaborations that have not been recorded in addition to my Phobia Ep which has not been released. I've taken my time without playing out much except for the bands that I've been in during this time as keyboardist for Oneness Darkness, Black Queen Speaks and front man for The Apostles. The search for musicians has been equally thought provoking. I'm looking for the right chemistry. The new album will be called "Cardinal Points." with the single "Blackbird." It will be a double album with remixes and b-sides which has taken me 5 years to write with help from a few producers. My third album will be called "Sleeper Cell." After "Cardinal Points" is completed, I'll be revisiting an album that I wrote with Christopher Short in our I.O.F. project entitled "The Lost Generation." Indeed this project in 8 years has gone full circle which leads me back to the roots from which I set out on this journey. Find me on You Tube, Facebook, Twitter or in our video archive on RN where you can listen to my first album: "Ghost Signature." It clocks in at about 44 minutes. -written in 2005.
