Thanks so much David for all the laughter, music, dance and happiness you put into my heart and helped made me what I am due to all of those variations of love. Really hate seeing you go so soon and so suddenly. I know you had so many plans David and we are all sadden by your passing. You deserve so much more respect and honor as you are such a wonderful talent and even more-so a special man with a huge heart of gold. I do hope you and The Monkees get your deserved legacy in the Rock 'N Roll Hall Of Fame. Monkees were the first music tv show, the first music videos, and many of us all love you guys more personally than any other music group as you all jumped out from the tv's and into our hearts like you were our best friends ever!! My heart is broken...just the night before all of us lost you, PBS showed a re-peat of the Great 60's Rock N Roll....and you were singing Daydream Believer, my favorite, and as always, I was glued to the "tube". LOL..Then, like a bolt from the sky came the news you were gone the next day...I guess I am very sentimental, but it sure was weird that I was so happy that one last time, and then you were gone. I cried all week, it was like I lost my best friend, I can only imagine how it has for your family. Especially your little grandchildren that were just getting to have fun with DA....and your sisters, daughters, and wife, and close friends. You are with the ANGELS now Davy, singing with a grand choir, and I know you are with your Mum and Da, Peace be with you Davy, it is us that mourn, and ache, because we wern't ready to let you go.... GOD bless you, you were a fine man, and entertainer, and real gentelman...You will always be be in our hearts, and sorley missed. Martha
